    @StoutElk_92 yes,roasted pepper and eggplant. No Italians but grew up in a mostly Italian neighborhood and worked in several Italian restaurants. I think its what tastes best on a pizza

    look: 4 | smell: 3.75 | taste: 4 | feel: 3.75 | overall: 3.75

    Great clear and copper hued body; gently rising carbonation; thick and billowy white head; small, sticky patches of foam cling to the glass. Rich, toasted grain smell; mild herbal hop notes. Fine toasted grain flavor with a mild sweetness throughout; very little hop bitterness detected. Medium body; excellent residual sugar texture; semi-sweet mouthfeel overall.

    This Vienna-style beer does justice to the styling. It is definitely malt-forward and brings a muted sweetness to the palate. Its relatively low ABV makes this an easy beer to enjoy.
