    Neshaminy Creek 611 Porter is up now. I used to work across a driveway from Neshaminy Creek and I now live a block off of 611, so this is a real local for me. There's roasty malts with some chocolate and caramel. This is a good beer from a good brewery. I rated it 4.02, which can't be compared to it's BA average b/c I'm the 1st to review it.

    look: 4.25 | smell: 3.75 | taste: 3.75 | feel: 3.75 | overall: 3.75

    Smoothly cloudy body; medium yellow color; very thick, frothy and white head; sticky fingers of foam streak the glass. Over ripe tropical fruit smell; oats. Citrus and tropical fruit taste; orange and grapefruit primarily, a bit of lemon; biscuit flavor in the background; moderate amount of hop bitterness. Heavy body; smooth with a bit of punchy prickliness on the tongue; acidic; starts juicy, finishes fairly dry.

    I don't know what truly distinguishes this 'pale ale' from a NEIPA. It has its good points but other than some killer looks, it seems pretty middle of the road as far as hazie ales go.

    Station 26 Hell Bear Whiskey Barrel Aged Imperial Stout. It's still packing a big whiskey punch over a year later. Perfect after a cool and breezy dog walk while taking in some Cactus League action on MLB.
