From our altbier to our kolsch. Same story here. We brewed this one 10 weeks back. It never cleared quite like it should have but it dang sure matured nicely. Everything you'd want from this style outside of the clarity

 

Picked up some goodies at Civil Life and Side Project. Having this local hazy IPA and it’s great. 6.2% drinks like a lot less.

 

Damn! Postimage was easy. First beer tonight. Still about half a glass remains in the crowlers.

Up next is a new collab between Old Schoolhouse and YCH Hops, Spring Runoff IPA. Looks like a Pils, but plenty of hop punch.

Finally was able to get Lindy Fralin handmade P90s installed in my SG. I spoke to Lindy during the ordering process to help explain what I was hoping to get sound wise. What an incredibly nice guy. Fantastic customer service. Then I worked with Steve Morrill here in MA for the installation and a nice needed setup. Again, what a wonderfully nice small business owner. During these times I will gladly spend my money with wonderful, hard working folks standing behind their service and products. The sound? Better than I had optimistically hoped. I would whole heartedly recommend Lindy and Steve.

This week's emotional sunset piece is dedicated to everyone who drank beers from Phase Three Brewing today! I just got home from visiting family, and I was catching up on posts. I saw a number of Phase Three Brewing beers posted in a short amount of time, and I just purchased a selection of Chicagoland beers. I had to dive in right away!

Why, yes indeed!

One inch pure white head over a bright, nearly transparent copper body with a sheet of lacing after each sip. Nose of very slight citrus and a bit of spice. Taste follows nose closely, highly drinkable and quite smooth with a tiny bit of hop bitterness on the finish. Silky nitro feel and overall, a tasty treat from Tunbridge, Vermont.
