NBS BIF #13: Peninsular Envy 2 (The Rocket-Ball Inception)

On the topic of the bubbled surroundings, I forget who, but somebody sent me some beer in these: https://www.officedepot.com/a/products/9816716/Duck-Brand-Bubble-Pouches-Roll-75/ , and I adopted the hell out of them. 20 pouches for $8 (+tax). They work great for 12oz cans, are worthy for 16oz cans, and can be combined to pad larger formats. And, if one doesn't peel the cover from the sticky strip, easily re-used. Hold 'em with rubber bands, and they're reusable. I'm something of a bunny-hugger, so, reusing any plastic product is a good thing in my eyes. I are doing me heckin' recommend!

 

Uh, all those posts last week, where I said I had mailed boxes everyday? Not fucking joking. Another, probably last, box for target tomorrow, but, the rest of y'all??????

I'm not particularly looking for "Special", just stuff nobody else is likely to bring. We do get Founders, and while I can't say with any certainty, it seems like I might/have seen Nemesis? Or not.

 

I can't speak for Hamsterdam, but I think that's a Founders beer unlikely to show up in Spokanistan, whatever that's worth.

I have yet to set foot into a Whole Foods. I'm lucky to have access to a Trader Joe's.

 

Really? We get a bunch of the regular stuff consistently, and special stuff at certain bars/stores. Maybe they don't have a distributor on the dry side?

 

Sadly, our WF makes what is arguable the best pizza in town (I've got a couple places I like better, but..... )Most pizza in town is sub-par.

 

We get the regular stuff and the big seasonals like KBS. I think this is one that won't make it here (as in Washington).

 

And y'all call yerselves a college town!

Spokane is surprisingly good as a pizza town. Only thing is I don't think we have is proper Chicago-ish deep dish pizza right now.

Great hit by @Dimidiata and congrats again to @FBarber on the beautiful new addition. I think you're going to love Party Cup. This BIF has evolved/devolved to the point that I can't keep track of which are ninja strikes and which are official boxes. It's phenomenal! I can't wait to see what lands today! I would love to see a total ounce count for what this BIF is responsible for moving around the country. This is my third(and a half) round and I feel like the chaos has only intensified each round.

 

First box is in the wind.... to a great lake state... This box is just to hold you over until the 2nd box arrives with the mystery beer and swag.... this 2nd box will be all cans.. maybe crowlers.

last week I sent off to the great unknown 3 boxes and only 1 seems to have found its path and 2 others seem lost in UPS hell.

 

My experience with USPS and UPS has sucked... FEDEX has had some issues but the tracking has been much more accurate.
