    I usually like it but lately I've noticed something I can only call an imbalance. Just wish it had a greater malt presence in the taste.

    Troegs' Nugget Nectar..........Been about 10 years. Such a good red ale, so much great flavors, dry body. Still love it.

    A pale ale brewed by Triple Crossing. One left from the 2 four packs. Their website indicates they have some more on hand. I plan to get some tomorrow.

    To me that beer has a pretzel dough like quality like the inside white part of a soft pretzel. If it was more pronounced I can see it being equal to Germany’s import. It is a great beer for me as is.

    I’m starting to wish that Stone would only brew their IPA, Arrogant Bastard, RIS, Espresso, OG Enjoy By, and OG Ruination. This beer is just so basic and bland that I don’t know if Stone even cares anymore.
