probably worth letting @augiecarton know just so he's aware there's a potential issue with some cans out there

 

So this is straight from my phone. No filters, no color adjustment or anything.

What i noticed when i opened the can is that there was pretty much no fizz when cracking it open"?

I had two packs of Scoot and they are fine, but they did come direct from the brewery as opposed to them being retail.

 

Good call. I am pretty sure it has to do with TPO(total packaged oxygen) or DO(dissolved oxygen) on the canning line but Im not sure...

so for this note i will need a bit of clarity: you say "no Fizz" but looking at his picture i see a beautiful rocky craft head, so help me a bit, what does no fizz mean.

 

all the numbers from QA/QC for those beers check out and ts been very well received. far better than i expected an all citra beer, knowing how some ctra loving people react to an all citra "catty-ness."
that being said in that many cans a seamer might at a point miss or a low fill glitch might sneak through. it seldom happens but obviously it can no mater how vigilant you are. next time you're by find me i'll sort something out

 

it has a break this season to make room for some charity beers. try Chaz 1 nothing like hoppun yet will absolutely please a hoppun lover

 

No worries about sorting anything, sh*t happens. Just wanted to bring it to your attention. I was more curious about the reasoning behind why more then anything.

 

I know, my statement is a contradictory. When it opened, it sounded flat, which doesn't make sense.

popping in here to say that Whip, This Town and their line of INTL pilsners have quickly filled space in my fridge. I cannot get enough, especially of the most recent Italian lager. WOW

In addition, there recent round of All Together is fantastic as well

So, a quick review of the recent Quartoñ liquid libations I have indulged myself with.

2021 Swishr. I didn't get much of either the caramel or the peach while cold. As it warmed up, it did become slightly sweeter but nothing to be raving about. However, I absolutely love the base beer. It's such a great drinker and it should be available more than once a year (but who the fuck Am I to make a claim like that). I think more people than not, love this type of a beer. 2020 Swishr with Passion Fruit was an absolute killer. I loved every sip of it and I regretted only getting 1 4 pack if it.

Capria Di Maggio. One of the best Lagers I had this year. It went down way too quick for being a 6.6. I would drink this all year long, as a matter of fact I would bathe myself in it.

Planning Jersey Barn Beer 2020. Maybe my peasant palate hasn't developed yet, but while this was a great tasting (belgian) it didn't do much else for me. It went down great, but it didn't give off any specific characteristics to me.

All Orange Everything. Fucking Phenomenal, that is all.

I know I'm forgetting about other few beers, but that's all I got.

 

I was in Wegmans not even 2 hours ago and they had Capria Di Maggio. GET RUNNING DOC!
