Revolution Brewing (2021)

Nothing as far as Fight Club crowlers, but I was able to get a crowler of Deth Weaver this time. I was happy to see that back on the menu since I'm too far away to drive up except for the major releases.

Well that was easy enough.

Limit 3 took about 90 minutes to sell out. Not sure of the total packages but anytime the limit is above 1 4pk, the beer sells out pretty quickly.

Also the Cuvée got some amazing all around press from beer-fluencers

 

Crud, had a couple of meetings I couldn’t skip and missed out. Guess I’ll try my luck finding it at a couple of local shops.

While not clear if Sanctuary 24 will be on draft at both locations, Rev did tweet out:
"FYI, we'll still have Cuvée (and a real banger of a variant) on tap at both the Pub and the Taproom when we open on Friday."

And hey, I'm not sure if this has been asked or answered, but if you don't mind me asking, will Cuvee de Grace see any distribution? (#Sarcasm #YES)

 

Finally drank a 2020 Ryeway. Geez that’s the best Ryeway yet.

As a bonus, ran into a 4pk of Rev/HA On & On part 1 on the shelf at Armonettes around the Elk Grove area. Pretty surprised it was still around & stoked about that purchase! Still two 4pks left if anyone else is interested.

 

I have 1 On & On left, and I'm sad. That is a really good beer. None of the flavors stand out that much, but they meld together so well, and it's so creamy and drinkable for a BA beer. It might be worth the trip up to Elk Grove.....

 

I was also sad about drinking my last On & On. Now I have a 4pk. You should go for it! Just saying...

 

I really enjoyed on&on, although 16oz at 14% is a beast. That’s 3.7 “standard” drinks! I know 8oz formats are a non-starter around here, but... anything in this ABV range should be a bottle (so you can more easily seal back up) or a smaller format. Yeah, I could vial it up, but I won’t.

I didn’t particularly care for on & on. I still have 3 cans left and not sure what to do with them

 

I felt the same, no perceivable flaws but it didn't seem to have the same luscious depth of flavor I enjoy in the Deep Woods beers. Drank another just last week to re-evaluate but my original opinion is unchanged.
