No marijuana cultivation and/or dispensary? Seems like entry fees are modest.

The vibe they sometimes give does seem like they would have announced weed first, at least far before a distillery.

possibly waiting for CT to pass their marijuana laws so they can use their farm in CT rather than explore MA options ...

Weed share at the farm to go with the flower share and farm shares.

Apologies is this has already been posted, but it does look as though they plan to offer On the Fly at the Sandwich location. I'm not familiar with the area so I have no idea how it will work, but it seems to be the immediate plan before opening for on-premise consumption. There's also mention of a possible shuttle service in the work to help with parking, but I don't see how that would help with their OTF setup.

“Beyond 2021, we are planning huge renovations that will transform this experience to something else altogether,” the company’s website says. “Though we are not yet prepared to share those plans with you yet, we can assure you it will be something to behold.”

Any inside information on when Treehouse will be opening their facility near Deerfield, Mass? They had said "mid winter", but that has passed.

I have no inside information, but the site is still waiting on final approval with respect to things like traffic and parking. It was discussed at a recent select board meeting in Deerfield and another is scheduled for later this month (according to an article about it). Seems like there are no major issues, just a slow process.

I also guess that TH aren’t announcing an opening date because they don’t want to look like they are taking these votes for granted.

More speculation from me, but once they get cleared I expect a short time between their announcement and the opening day as I expect they have most things ready to go for On the Fly.

Another piece of info I saw - they are planning a phased opening of the Deerfield site and Phase 1 is On the Fly and brewing. No pours in the short term.

The parking situation in Sandwich looks interesting to say the least.

I have a feeling the Charlton selectmen meetings go something like this:
TH person “Hi, we would like to...”
    Charlton “YES”
    Meeting adjourned.

Quick follow up regarding TH Deerfield. They are on the agenda to appear at selectboard meetings scheduled for April 26th (Planning) and 29th (Zoning).

Going to Boston this weekend and then driving home - so obviously swinging by - I know the site has been inconsistent, so figured I would ask here as to what is the most up to date....

    Did this change?

Also it says that they may limit the daily volume orders, but I see nothing of an upper limit on orders - is there any at the moment?

I don't think they've turned off ordering before EOD since early in the pandemic if that's what you're asking. When I went a couple months ago, it was max 3 orders per car, so you could pick up your order and orders for two friends - from what you copy/pasted it looks like it went up by one. No upper limit on how much can be in an individual order unless you hit the max on a specific beer/case (which it will say on the ordering page).

OK - cause I've heard some say 2 case max but i can't find that on the site anywhere - not that it should be a problem - I just want to know when I'm constructing this order before I go that I'm not doing anything that is going to get my order thrown out - I'm sure for you guys that do this all the time, you know the ins and outs but I haven't been up that way in a year and a half so just want to make sure everything is kosher.

Totally makes sense. It's definitely not a two case max overall, but I think I've seen some here say two case max per style. So unless you're hoping to come home with 72 Julius cans you're probably good :grinning:

OH - 2 case per item maybe? I thought it was per order. Definitely not looking for more than 2 case of one thing - that solves a lot of confusion on my end. TY.
