You can feel free to buy $5000 worth of beer if you would like.

If time slot means you can come any point up until close, then yes that is true. Perhaps they might need to be a little more strict with windows to pick up the beer in Sandwich.

    Hmm.

"During each purchase, customers will be given a pickup time in advance that will be staggered three to 10 minutes apart, enabling a steady flow of customers, said Lanier."

    And:

"The company also bought 5 Freeman Ave., the closest beach house adjoining the property, for a little over $1 million. At the hearing, Lanier noted that he and his fellow co-founders use the house privately."

Well, thats one neighbor that won’t complain about the traffic haha. Also, thats a thrifty purchase for how much they are probably worth at this point. That’s Nate being the Jeff Bezos driving a Corolla.

I appreciate what they're trying to do, but the specific pickup window down to three minute increments is insane. The TH crew are great logistically, but my tiny mind just can't figure out how that can work smoothly.

The massive compound at Deerfield has been brushed over on here. Looking at the pictures, I've concluded that it's the only place they could find that would support the masses showing up for the Good Morning release.

Here is the proposed line guide, I found buried in their website HTML archives for the big day:

I honestly don't think they were expecting great things, but tickers gotta tick, and had to scratch that itch when they had the opportunity.

I'm many months late, but finally had the Tree of Life Port and wow what a great barleywine! Probably the best I've had. Usually port barrel beers get far too syrupy sweet, but this one stayed in check while imparting the flavor of the spirit.

Disaster in waiting. I think within the first month they're open itll move to reservation pours only.

Theres one road in/out to the location and you can stagger orders all you want but people are going to show up whenever they feel like it. Theres a public beach in the same neighborhood and it sounds like they're severely underestimating how busy that area is during the summer without a TH location there. Shuttleing in people from the lot next to the canal wont solve the problem.
