Seems like it's a recurring issue when the site gets hammered so unfortunately a little bit of luck of the draw. Happened to my wife for anabasis but my device was fine.

 

Yeah, this has happened to me since the website migration. I have to force myself to remember it during these quick sell-outs.

This happened to me during the Anabasis release so I was on the lookout for it this time and glad for it because it happened again.

Managed to get a package, but it took a lot longer to process this time around (compared to Anabasis). Traffic must've been wild. DM if you need a proxy!

Maybe they just figured anyone greedy enough to spend the extra nanoseconds to try to increase the quantity to buy more than one was going to get shutout anyway.

 

Not that we'll ever get this data but I'd be particularly curious to see a distribution chart with the % of orders that got 1, 2, 3, 4, 5-10, 10-20, 20+ bottles.

 

This is kind of how I felt about it. It sold out so fast, I think if I’d taken the time to add more than one to may cart, I probably wouldn’t have gotten it.

 

The highest I saw someone in a Facebook group get was 5 packages. A lot of 2/3s.

 

This one treated me much better than Anabasis! My bank sent me a confirmation txt and i had to switch to a ccd i had loaded, honestly surprised i had time to submit payment twice!

The randomness of people's experiences is just wild with the shipping default and all that stuff.

 

I doubt anyone would willingly admit they bought 10...

 

We'd all be waiting in the parking lot, just not for our purchase.

Welp, there's 4 Continuance up FT on BA's trade forum already, and 0 ISO. 3/4 to flip for bourbon. Paints just the sort of cynical scene I bask in.

 

While I’m sure it causes some people to miss out, no limit sales have allowed me to hook up a good friend who is pretty bad at big SP releases. Hopefully other people do this also to hook up their slow finger friends.

 

Got it to drink it...and to fly back to StL to hang with a great friend!
