Wut? Uhm, Three Floyds actually brewed a beer SPECIFICALLY for an Amon Amarth show last year called Ragnarok. Metal and beer belong together.

thanks. May be off flavors due to, if it is a true berliner, a no boil/short boil. I get a cream corn flavor off mine from the pilsner malt and a 15 minute boil. Will crack mine shortly as I am not one to hold on to a bottle for a long time:grimacing:

Got this in a recent trade with trxxpaxxs. Not too shabby! A great brew for studying for finals.

Well, HA! Thanks! I suppose in someway I know I should do as I always do and do things the metal way. (as I do in every aspect of life) I have felt that this is a great community if we just have an open mind. I guess I forgot when to homebrewers showed me how to brew at a bottle shop! That was a great day and gesture. Your right 100 percent! Thank you for your kind words! In this vain then let us enjoy:

Yes, and I did think that before becoming a craft lover (2 years ago) that a metalhead could enjoy great beer. Ok add this beer to my want list then! :grinning:

If they ever re-brew it (I sure hope they do some day, it's outstanding!) I'll send you one.

Haha, I know man . . . 6.3% isn't exactly session strength, but it won't knock me out to have a couple.

That's a July 2011 bottle that was given to me. Man, is that Bret taking over, an awesome combination of barnyard earthiness and surprisingly delicate fruits. Very beguiling, as they say. Not bad for a one-and-done evening.

Another new one.... Knee Deep Hop Shortage. I can certainly vouch there is no shortage in this ale!

    Cheers!
