Hi Vinnie! Could you describe the difference between pliny the elder and pliny the younger?

 

what did you do before brewing? You seem to be very strong on the chemistry of beer

 

First time Pliny! It comes close to an American Barleywine, with the astringent and pithy bitterness, crystal malt sweetness, and lingering alcohol 'heat'. A great beer that seems to straddle the line between styles. Is this a fair characterization?

 

Can you talk a little bit about how Pliny the Younger release went during Covid? I'm sure the city of Santa Rosa missed having everyone in town.

Being able to order a case of PtE or DDH PtE or mixed cases has been a huge bonus over the last year. Typically shops near me would limit purchases to a single bottle. Do you plan to continue home delivery in CA?
