I was really hoping Lamplighter was an ice hockey reference. Lighting the lamp is an expression for scoring a goal...

Idaho 7 is pretty widely available! Check out Crosby Hops to get a sample.
Hop I'd like to try: Talus
Woof. Worst concoction? It's a good story, come on down to the taproom when we open and I'll tell you about it.

Very. but it all depends on how it's been used and where the name comes from. Copyright law is a nightmare.

We have a beer for sale right now called Little Light -- that was aged in one of our foeders (sorry for my spelling, it's just how I'm used to doing it) with a more 'american sour' mixed-culture blend. It was further aged on black raspberries and marionberries to balance out the acidity and add some fruity complexity.

Keep an eye out for another batch of Rhapsody coming out soon, it's a mixed-culture sour we've made a few different versions of, and that foeder is really hitting it's stride right now. This batch coming soon was aged on apricots.
