I believe the pub. Blendery still, to my knowledge, isn't open to the public. I'm eagerly awaiting that, as I kind of prefer the ambiance at the Blendery more

A nice day to chill and get funky at Beachwood yesterday afternoon. First time back to the LB location in 2+ years. Way too long. Last year was a strange one for sure. Had a fantastic time with the great bbq and pours of Funk Yeah/Nectarines, Crystal Oscillator and Enegren Nighthawk. Disappointed that Cryo Me A River was gone. :cold_sweat: Went too support Harrison McCabe on his Blendery sours and great ales. I’m not into sours but appreciate them. And will try some occasionally. Especially on my next visit to Belgium. Anyways if you haven’t been back since the pub reopened, go. The bar seating is still closed but tables in ams outside are open and distanced. Food is still great. Beers......

The latest Funk Yeah series is excellent, and I highly recommend anyone to grab them.

The Funk Yeah nectarine is so goddamn good. It's bright and juicy -- like biting into a fresh, ripe nectarine. Definitely the standout of the bunch

Also, I'm really digging the Diamond in the Back. Classic West Coast goodness. Also glad to see Denver Jackhammer back on. I wish they brewed it more. That and a fresh batch of Street 3 yesterday made my visit a good one

Laurel is being released in cans next week. Interesting choice

First Beachwood IPA I had around 2013/14 at Seal Beach. Sat at the small table by the front window next to the bar. Good times!

That table was my prefered choice seat too. When it was available. So sad to see it go. Forgot about Laurel. Will have to revist.

Same. I usually opted for that seat, or the seat at the bar right behind it

I heard a rumor that the Beachwood HB Tasting Room may not open up again, outdoor seating only. Running out of room. I will be sad if that happens. Anyone else hear this?

Running out of room? As in, they have too much beer/equipment?

I was hoping it would be Street 3, Block 2 that was getting canned.

Same. Someone in the IG comments also suggested Lite Brite...that would've been amazing

The Tasting Area is full of new cardboard boxes and new empty crowlers. They have no room to put all that.

That's funny. That used to be my favorite spot as well, tucked back in the little corner. Great minds think alike, I suppose.

I always preferred the tables against the wall, turn sideways and use the wall as back rest plus helps for people watching

Plenty of people watching at the window spot. And seeing who’s coming and going. Definitely a low spot for 2020.
