I don't have much in the way of extras for a local. But bring a glass, I've got a Yo So Un Berliner we can pop and drink outside

Yeah, let's skip extras. Seems dumb with a local trade, lol.

Nice meet up. Great to meet some new BAs for sure. Nice little impromptu bottle share also. Denton open container laws are nice. Had a small bottle share in the parking lot. Hope you got the funk and buddhas also!

Wish I could come out and meet you folks. I have young ones at home so I crack open my beer after they are asleep.

Das and Buddha left. Funk gone.

And holy shit BC is awesome. Was glad to try this close in time to the Bishops Barrel. It showed me better what peoples expectations are for this style beer and why BB was considered a little thin, but also IMO it shows just how close Bishops is to a standard bearer in the category. Obviously the boutique brewers of this style and the variations of BC go steps beyond the base Bourbon County but it was a treat to try and I can't thank you enough for the opportunity to try it and the Kriek.

Hopefully we get a chance to pop more bottles sooner rather than later.

    FW Peeps:

Cask of Rahr Angry Santa at Brewed tonight. (I'll be there for a pint or two)

Tommorow night is FW Saucer's Vertical Epic night. I think 3.3.3 and 6.6.6 - 12.12.12 with a couple other fun Stone taps. Serving everything in 10oz pours is what I'm told (no flights), no word on prices though. (I'll be there for a couple pints as well) + Funk Metal landed there so it should be headed to all stores today.

Possibly. I was a somewhat tall guy with a couple other guys...around noon. I was picking up some six packs to take home to MS this weekend for sharing with the family. What'd you end up buying? I'm gonna open the Gangis Pecan in MS, too.
