Notch Brewing (2021)

They must have just updated it to reflect the Hefeweizen as that was not on there earlier. Also the IG taplist and website taplist were slightly different. But wow. EIGHT hoppy beers. Sadly the anniversary beer didn’t last too long.

 

I got 6 Brave Noise, 4 of the Anniversary beer and 2 bottles of the Hefe.

Thanks for the info, I was sure Notch would not short change the monthly club members ( but had to ask anyway, it’s an issue on my end, not Notch’s)
UPS still has my package, looks like it’ll be a Monday delivery
UPs said that I requested that they hold it at their office for pick up, which I did NOT ask them to do, so earliest delivery is Monday. (Wilmington UPS site is closed on the weekend)
First world problems, and I’m lucky that this is my big complaint for the weekend.
(Plus, now I can buy other beer to drink while I wait for my delivery, hello Idle Hands Gretel German pils!)

 

Issue with my package too. Checked the tracking yesterday, and it said the delivery address was invalid.
I emailed Notch and they replied right away that they would fix it, which was great.
Delivery was set for today, but the status again just changed that the address needs to be confirmed again.
Holding out hope it gets here tomorrow, as I really want to try the anniversary beer.

 

Fire Walk With Me is absolutely nuts, what a beer

Went today for the first time since September - so nice to be back and it's extra fun to have that whole dog friendly boardwalk area available to sit in now.

And that Gates of the West is an amazing summer sipper.

 

So, UPS screwed up three times since my package was sent last week, and my beer is now on its way back to Salem.
The folks at Notch have been awesome about this, and have said that they'd figure out a way to get my package to me ASAP once it has been returned and inspected.
Cheers to Notch for excellent customer service! I'm sure that they didn't need this hassle while they try to get the Salem tap room back up and running 100% while preparing to open the Speedway soon.

 

Same boat here- they had the wrong address for delivery twice, and as of today the package is headed back to Salem.
Rob at Notch has been great, and told me he would get the packaged turned back around to me ASAP. So hoping I have it shortly.
Nothing but good things to say about the customer service. Just hoping I have even nicer things to say when my beer shows up at the house too.

 

Thanks to whoever from Notch hand delivered my box of beers to my porch tonight!
Everything looks great and went straight into the beer fridge for tomorrow!

 

More good news

 

Same issue here. UPS had it tied up for a week. Now Notch is trying to recall it and resend (though hopefully not resending the same package that's likely been sitting in a warm UPS warehouse for the last week).

 

Best of luck. My package was dropped off last night.
Box was a little beat up, but everything inside seemed fine. Counting down the minutes for work to end so I can go try all of my new beers.
