Monkish and Other Half collab. Tickle Me Tekus DDH IPA with Citra ,Galaxy and Idaho 7.

    Shocker, it was good...lol...

I was a bit disappointed by Tekus. Sticky Traffic is one of the tastiest Monkish beers I've had in awhile.

This might be one of the best of the bunch from the ones I have had lately.

Bomb Atomically DIPA. Mosaic, Citra and Galaxy hops, big upfront hit of juice. Some bitter on finish, maybe from the Triple DH, more so then the other beers from last week.

Anyone know what the black and gold represents on this one? LAFC, maybe?

Looks like Monkish is opening back up later this week per their latest Instagram post. About time! Can't wait to go get some fresh Monkish on draft!

When I picked up the other day it looked like they were building a sit down area in the parking lot.

I don’t see why not. There bout to open back up. Restaurant’s and bars are open or getting ready to open. Anaheim location will open late summer. Meaning more Monk cans and kegs for all. If it means more $$’s for them, then why not.

Swung by today. They were putting together an outdoor seating area with benches and tables and stuff between their building and the front building in the complex

Funny you should mention that. They keep misspelling my last name, so I didn't. Adriana asked me when I saw her....but they corrected the error

I can't wait, I just hope they find a way to work in some shade for that outdoor seating. Parking lots soak up and radiate a lot of additional heat.

They need to copy Green Cheek over in Costa Mesa and throw some cover over that area.

I parked on Gramercy Pl off Del Amo and walked the short distance there, made my life much easier.
