Brought out some Viking Blod mead in honor of @GreenBayBA’s bday to have alongside a SN Barrel-Aged Narwhal imperial stout. BA Narwhal is tasting like maple right now, still dark roasty and hoppy, hasn’t lost much edge yet I don't think, just sweetened out a bit. The Viking Blod mead is great honey wine with hops and hibiscus added which always tastes a little like sweet ginger to me for some reason, a great Scandinavian mead. Cheers everyone!
