    Reading their FAQs, looks like you have to arrive during your reservation time at Sandwich to get your order…do any of you know how long those reservation windows are? Thanks.

    There are instances where a business may publish or state one practice (for liability or precedent purposes) and the actual experience can and will vary.

    I got back a generic e-mail that in no way answered my question and referred me to the FAQs, which, also, didn’t answer my question.

    If I knew coming into a thread and asking a question anyone who’s been to that location could have answered in 30 seconds would be such an issue, I wouldn’t have bothered. Lol.

    I just figured they'd give you the correct information if they're going to be hard asses about it. I recently saw them say not to show up more than 15 minutes before or after your scheduled time in Woodstock, so maybe you can use that as a reference. I wouldn't go there myself as it's ridiculous to think people can make such a small window like that.

    I might just go to that store in Kingston on my way in, they have a pretty good and assorted selection, so I don’t have to make some small window and just hope I can run to Sandwich from our hotel one of the other days we’re there. I’m new to this whole competitive dance shit and I’m sure I’ll get the look from my wife but I’ll figure something out. Not like I haven’t gotten the look before, right?

    Reservation windows are 15 minute segments as of the last time I went. I will hopefully swing by later today and will update the thread if something changes.
