Yeah, my Cows I ordered aren't in my cellar, either, in addition to the missing bottles I purchased in June. No reply from society@the bruery.com yet. I'm not panicking but I am concerned...

 

Update: heard back from The Bruery: they are experiencing a problem with the cellar functionality, due to an issue with Shopify. Apparently they can see all of our purchases in the cellar, so hopefully no problems when trying to get beer shipped.

 

On the plus side, they finally purged the cans of last years Churriosity out of my cellar that didn't get removed when they shipped 10 months ago. It's just the bottle of Birne that I ordered last week that's in there now.

Speaking of which, anyone know when the expected release month for this year's is due?

Edit: Just ordered a pack of CCows and it's not in there.

 

Opened a 2018 Sundae Sunday last night and enjoying the second half tonight. Really fantastic. Has mellowed a lot and it's drinking better than ever in my opinion. Smooth rich and dangerous.

 

Big Bruery beers are so much better the second night. Fact.

 

Just to clarify in this case, I felt both nights were equally excellent and superior to the past.

Sounds like there was a bad experience with Share This: Mint Chip? While I didn't love GSC, I didn't hate the mint in it.

 

The track record over the years for the mint/peppermint adjunct in Bruery beers has been fairly rocky. I seem to remember some of the old complaints being "tooth paste-y" and faux bubble gum flavor, we'll see I guess.

 

Has anyone had Cows/Chocolate Cows and can speak on how good it is compared to the last batch? I loved Chocolate Cows quite a bit and was sad I only got one can last round.

 

I had a can of Chocolate Cows last night. It was very enjoyable. Pretty similar to first batch based on my notes... No complaints!

That said...I think I'll just stick with the one 4-pack. They're putting out soooo many stouts now my bar of which ones to invest more in has gone up substantially.

 

Which one is this? The Bakery can?
