Yet another Sierra Nevada Summer Break.

 

At my sister-in-laws bday party. I brought an entire cooler of good beer because, I mean, how else will I make friends.

Fat Head's Hop Juju. A couple of months ago, I tried a can that was about ten weeks old, and I could tell that it was a solid brew that would probably taste amazing fresh. Yesterday, I came upon some canned 6/30/21, so I snapped it right up. And . . . I was right, more than right. There's actually a lot going on in this beer, different levels of pithy bitter and citrus juice, much more complex than the Liquid Poem I was drinking yesterday. I'll definitely be picking up more of this!
