Hi all, so I've got about a half full corny keg of IPA on tap, that I want to swap out with something new to have ready for some guests in the next few weeks. Any ill effects to the IPA if I were to take the half-full keg out of the keezer, and let sit at room temp for let's say a month or so, while the new one's on tap? Thanks in advance!

You can figure that staling reactions go about 2-3 times faster for each increase of 10 degrees celcius (18F).

Let's say your keezer is at 4C (39F) and your room temp is 24C (75F). You can figure that a month at 75F will age the beer equivalent to about 4-9 months at 39F.

Great info, thanks! I think I’m gonna go ahead and keep the IPA in there until it kicks

There are plenty of styles I'd be comfortable doing this with, but IPA is not one of them. Good decision!
