I cant believe that about 50 years ago a buddy and myself drove from Chicago to Denver to fill my van with cases of this crap for our friends. Oh well! Enjoy what's in your glass.

WOW ... You brought back some memories with that statement. When I was stationed at Hunter AAF in Georgia, we used to do basically the same thing except we found out that Coors was available in Texas so it made the drive a real weekend pass thing.

Spicy Blue Cheese Burger and a Boulevard Tank 7


Burger was fine, no complaints, but not as good as Alice Blue, which is my regular, on the same block, they were not open this afternoon for some reason, normally they do happy hour even on Sundays, but think they changed their hours to close after brunch on Sunday. I'll get to the bottom of this really important snag in my weekend food binge planning, I'm sure I'll find out next Saturday when I go for an Old Fashioned ha.

Anyway, plan for the rest of the evening, drink some Irish Whiskey and watch some Dowton Abbey, finished my bottle of scotch a few weeks ago and haven't gotten a new one, so this will do. The show is certainly not perfect, but I still love it
