Seems like it'd be easier to just use the rating systems already built and provided for free on sites like here and Untappd.

I'll eventually add it to Untappd, but it was easier to copy/paste the order receipt into a sheet, and not spend any time scanning barcodes or searching the database. Plus I can see all beers in one place to see what I might get on the way back home.

I picked up Trailbreaker and will have one tomorrow. I really like Free to Roam. I was glad they had a new batch of Tree of Life but wished it was back in 12oz bottles

    Got some stuffs recently.

It remains a fact that the ‘core’ beers are what you need to go for in their IPA game. Perhaps with the exception of Juice Project. And don’t be afraid to mix in non-IPAs in place of these fake news ‘new’ IPAs. Free to Roam and Bear Coffee were amazing.

The cold brew is truly delicious. I highly recommend that it be the only caffeine you drink for the day .

Do people really buy this n/a seltzer? Oh wait…

The Rum is very unique. Over the top caramel/vanilla flavors. Way over the top. Double Vanilla Steeped Rum?

    Yesterday:

    - ‘Two’: solid for sub 5% pale ale. Would get again
    - Super Treat: A lot better than I remember it being but doesn’t stand out
    - Juli-ish: Really good. Tastes very much like Julius

Heres a little customer service heads up...

Visited TH Wednesday evening, and an interesting issue came up. The focus of my efforts was Jjjjjuice Pppproject Citra +Mosaic. Drove 75mins to Charlton. Upon arrival, my brother and I had a pour each (Big Blue for me, and Quad Shot for my brother), then can pickup.

At this point, I was told Jjjj Pppp was sold out, and a refund was forthcoming for 8 cans.

I was under the impression that stock was taken off the website when it expired. In fact, Jjjjjj Ppppppp was still available for purchase while I was being told it was sold out. I checked before I left.

Has this happened to anyone else?

This definitely sounds like a hiccup with the system that probably was due to a confluence of issues. The hiccup is also probably what was still allowing it to be shown on the site as available. I doubt people have been having many issues like this because it would be a huge problem for them given the volume of orders they have each day.

This exact scenerio hasn't happened to me, but their ordering system has plenty of issues. When I used to purchase beer there I've had many issues at open, which really shouldn't happen.

My last visit, I ordered a pre-packaged case and about 15 min after I checked out, it was sold out. When I got there hours later I was still able to get it.

That sucks man, we've all been there when something we want sells out right before we arrive, or back when ordering in line was a thing. It just doesn't happen much anymore

Also, batch 3 of Tree of Life is as good as the others, but has almost no carb. Anyone else have that?

With jumping the shark having more to do with doing absurd things after having long since achieved one's original vision, most definitely.

Overall the beer is still high quality and I'll still go there when I can. You can't except them to just stay stagnant with their business. That's why Maine Beer co has 4 month old bottles of Lunch for sale stacked up in their tap room coolers.

Surprised TWSS making an appearance without a name change…

The existence of Little Machine, bad name and all, makes more sense to me than Queen Machine. That is simply a blatant attempt to capitalize on the hype that was (previously?) associated with their most sought after offering. Reading the descriptions, it's difficult to find any connection whatsoever between Juice Machine and Queen Machine. So why imply there is one with a similar naming convention?

I think the proper phrase would be, That's what they said... Although if the she in question goes by she, then what's the problem??

    lol...I'll bite.

The phrase itself makes connotations far beyond gender identification. I think we all understand that the entire suggestion behind the TWSS phrase is to sexualize an otherwise innocent statement, while attributing it to the idea of a random female having said it in a more intimate setting.

While I personally don't have a problem with it as a beer name, I think we can all agree that the sentiment is at least very off brand for TH.

For a brewery so intent on telling their story and providing a sense of connection/romance to their beers, it's surprising the description of the beer is much more ingredient (lupulin pellets), sensory oriented. It feels out of place for them.
