    I don’t want to leave this place. I love California, but it’s just something else here. Me and one of Miss Raul’s nieces have really bonded. Today she brought me a picture that she drew for me. I feel so much warmth and happiness here. Oh, and thanks to @Shanex for this beer!

    I do like it. It is a bit light, but other than that it drinks really well. I also like 1664 no matter what anyone says about it (but given the choice I would take Jupiler).

    Cross post with New Beer Sunday #860. Long story short, this is a solid old school IPA, no Midwest caramel malt getting in the way. Solid, and I'm buying more while it lasts.

    I concur with @mschrei yesterday's 1983 show was stellar. Here are three quintessential songs from that year from their set I think of when I harken back 38 years ago.
