Doing a little beer fridge cleanup, this is Transient’s first WCIPA-ish beer (a collab with Burn ‘Em Brewing out of Michigan City IN), and has a month+ of whiskers on it and is still drinking really well.

 

Home with Alien Church. This batch seems a bit juicier and less dank than the last. Always awesome either way!

got a couple of new / used books from an online shop I buy from....this one looks interesting as I am a major Thoreau fan - this was mentioned recently on NPR....and it is signed (not to me!) by the author with a Thoreauvian doodle.....haha

#2, the can references Almond Joy as the inspiration for this hefty (12% ABV) imperial pastry stout. After one sip, all I can say is, “No shiznit, Sherlock.” Absolutely love it.
