Notch Brewing (2021)

I’ve mentioned this to a few people before and I think with the current Covid/mask situation they may have to do this, but I hope they do it as a ticketed event. Like 2 seatings for 2-3 hours each, prepay for a sausage and a beer as part of the ticket. And then buy more when seated. I think Boston is horny for a real Oktoberfest and a first come, first serve situation could turn into a long line outside overcrowded shitshow. And that Brighton location could be tough to manage with a long line.

Idle Hand’s is going on on 9/11 (I’m definitely going). And later that night my brother’s friend’s band is playing at the Speedway, so they are doing events there.

Nightshift’s is still going on at both both locations on 9/25 as well. And also Winter Hill is having a “Wurst Fest” on 10/2.

 

Announcing tomorrow, but Oktoberfest in Brighton on Sat 9/25 and Salem on Sun 9/26. Festbier is draft only this year, unless you have a subscription (1/2 liter bottles).

No. The link here is that her partner left Oxbow to go to Novare so the poster is saying it is possible/likely as well.

2 quick questions:
Has anyone heard about their next monthly beer subscription for September yet? I’m guessing delivery next week and hoping/heard that it may include a bottle of Fest beer.

Did anyone else look at Chris’ Instagram story thing today, with the insane pics of what’s in the tanks? Standard, Fest, Tmavy , Cerne, Swans, and more. It’s gonna be a great Fall.

 

I’d bet Fest, Brave Noise, and maybe Tenner?….any other thoughts? What ever happened to the Pitch Lined for August?

Bummer to get that email about no box this month. Was really hoping for the Fest Bier. Oh well... Notch still making it right with a $25 taproom gift card and obviously extending the subscriptions a month. They also said October is gonna be a good one so maybe we get Pitch Lined then?
