Clearing the last of my older beer, some of them are not as good/great as they were fresh. This one I am sad to say is my last one, still strong, unique and awesome. Wish this wasn't a one time collaboration.

I could go On and On about this beer, but we all have things to do, for me that means going through the new grocery shopping ads and planning out my morning adventure.

I leave you with one more tune, this one not hidden, a truly EPIC performance at the LA Forum this weekend! Magic Johnson, hold my beer juice box!

Hope you have a great beer day, I'll only return if I pick up tacos again.

Good day BAs and thanks @ChicagoJ for starting today's thread. Raining like hell here - good thing the wet weather from Ida's going to miss us! No lawn mowing again today. A consistant favorite:

    Excellent as always!

Good morning BAs! Stormy morning here in Sunshine City…time for my coffee - FBS:

Bottled 6/2/21. Poured at 50° (my chiller is running a bit cold). As always, a great coffee stout to start the day. I need to get more at the grocery store, weather permitting, today. Cheers and have a wonderful Wednesday y’all!

I was genuinely worried since this morning after doing a blood test quite early, and nowadays as some of you know, the results are literally only several hours later on the lab website.

Seems like my bill of health is about clean, no cholesterol, diabetes, and more importantly the transaminases are still in the low (liver…).

If that means I can live for some more years I’m happily celebrating with Lagunitas IPA.

    Cheers and drink responsibly, all!

It’s definitely a relief, which doesn’t mean I should drink my face off every evening from now. Just enjoying life and the way things are at the moment.

Good for you with that encouraging bill of health. It's 100% better to get a checkup and know what's going on in your labs than to live wondering because the little things you do now can prevent bad problems down the road , esp cholesterol (coronary heart disease), diabetes, liver function (Lagunitas IPA). We live in a time where minor treatment can really correct bad trends... my cholesterol was borderline and a statin a day very quickly corrected the situation.
Long story short.. Keep on keepin on!!!

    Thanks all!

Anyway, I am now drinking Chouffe Blonde, and listening to Phil Collins before dinner and a movie:

I'm having a Harpoon Flannel Friday, a hoppy amber ale. This is an all around very good beer. Notes of pine, citrus, caramel and bread. A very nicely balanced beer. I rated it 4.06 a good bit above its BA average of 3.83.

Good afternoon, advocates. Settling in with some dialed-in from Trillium. They really need to address the canning issue that produces zero head on their pours or, rather, a head that recedes faster than the hairline of Kojak. Anyhow, great beer, regardless. If you appreciate a good head, try Trillium beers on draught and tell them the Hunter sent ya. Much love, and stay safe if you're in a flood area. Cheers!

Oh, I almost forgot. I'm taking my IPA game to another level. As some of you may recall, I wash the hair periodically with a can. It does genuine wonders for the overall health of your hair, as some have already attested. Now, witness the next chapter in IPA hygiene:

This is amazing, it sounds amazing anyway. Of course I’m never finding it here but I do appreciate the fact Stone are diversifying their offer.

I know there are some lucky ones like the Dutch and Belgians who can find Leffe or Chimay cheese. For now I can only drink them, Stone IPA, the beer was such a banger that I can’t find much anymore. Supper quaffable. Too much even. Not a beer to buy as a single. Just top tier WCIPA.
