at this point, i wondered if it didn’t get dumped

 

It’s weird because in the picture Cory posted, the beer had at least an inch of foam on it and the bottle was labeled. They would normally not label a beer until they knew it was ready.

 

yes, from what i remember that beer looked* 100% ready to go

*i guess just because it appeared that way doesn’t mean it was or is actually ready to go

My first time back at the tasting room since the pandemic began, though I live 10 minutes away. La Ruche #3 on draught was fabulous and I’m so sad I missed the bottle release of this!

Took home some goodies. The Cassis du Fermier #2 was great on release but still holding its own a year later without losing the fruit. Looking forward to seeing how #3 compares.

heh, they really need to use some parenthesis in that description. The syrup is barrel aged, not the beer itself

 

Pretty sweet that you can also drink the entire Continuance set (along with Anabasis b5 / OF v19 of course) at the brewery tomorrow too!

 

That’s the second time the only information my brain decided to take in from the description was “aged in Weller barrels”

 

I'll be at the brewery tasting room a little after opening if anyone wants to split a bottle...

 

Crazy list and crazy bottles since they’ve opened up. I’ve heard lot of locals upset about proxy’s and not getting beers locally. If this isn’t making it up to them, I have no clue how else they could do it!

 

Headed to Bolyard’s to get a solid foundation for a long day of drinking at the brewery. Then maybe some lasagna at Charlie Gitto’s. It’s going to be a great day.

 

I’ll be there with one other person and a third would be good. We’ll be at the bar. I’m in green pants, gray tee with a shaved head. Come say hey.
