I'd just like to add my predictably contemptuous take, but I never understood the obsession with Coco Vibes. It's too sweet for me, and I don't normally balk at sweet stouts. I have a friend that absolutely hates the entire Vibes series, and normally loves everything else out of SP and Shared, because of its sweetness across the board.

Regular CSV variants are by far the most successful for me, because of the coffee's relatively balancing presence.

I think the cocovibes content is partly due to the fact that it's accessible to non members and non STL residents for whom D15 is a pipe dream. Also I know people have mixed feelings about packages but I'm more excited for CDC7 than cocovibes.

Ambiente is technically not a "Vibes" but may as well be as it's a non BA adjunct stout from Shared and the cinnamon and pepper cuts the sweetness nicely, just like the coffee

I just hope it truly is the "delicate" saison it's being marketed as. CDC4 was excellent, but 5 reverted back to their overly acidic profile, for me.

CDC 7 vibes! Agree this is the most appealing bottle in the package to me as well.

I’d argue it’s even Vibes in name, since Ambiente is just the Spanish word for Vibes!

Folks. All this stouty/adjuncty talk got me thinking. I popped an Ambiente to introduce some old friends, new to SP, the other day because it was in the fridge and I was feelin' fancy, totally bypassing the two white labels I promised myself I would always have ready for just this purpose. Talk me down from the ledge. I think I did them dirty.

Why you do them dirty @mgundy32? J/k I think it's very cool to open unique brews with friends who don't usually drink stouts or sours. Hopefully they liked the Ambiente and will come back for some white labels.

I took my non-beer family to the cellar over the weekend where we tried D15, Anabasis, some IPAs, and Grisette. Grisette was all of their favorite beer. They all commented that D15 was too thick. I proceeded to dome the rest of the D15 and Anabasis while they drank the lighter fare and we are no longer speaking.

So, if I am getting a proxy, the only pick up times are curbside on Mondays from 4-7 and then during normal operations when they are open, Friday-Sunday?
