Most breweries don't say shit and you never get the sense that they even care. They just wait for the rare soul to come storming in with their half consumed 4 packs complaining about a bad batch, quietly letting them swap out for something else in hopes the broader public doesn't get wind of it. Which, in most cases, it doesn't.

So does this mean Trillium will finally issue refunds for Never & Again?

Oh boy, you will never know the truth depths of regret that that beer sent to me. I asked my father-in-law that lives in Canton, who is no spring chicken, to pick me up some Never & Again. It was a crazy line and when he checked out, he thought they were ripping him off (coors light drinker expecting it to be 20 bucks a case) and then I had to give the most gracious smile at him as I swallowed that vile beverage. He was perceptive enough to notice that I did not enjoy it and definitely questioned giving his daughter's hand in marriage to a guy drinking garbage 22 buck a four pack beers. Thankfully we are still married, but he still brings it up......

From what I have seen, it has not been officially announced, but they have posted a link for pour reservations during the day in Sandwich each day they have been open this week. I have been tracking as I am actually in East Sandwich this weekend. They posted for pours earlier today but it had the wrong date and has since been taken down...not sure what is up with that....hoping to go tomorrow.

Kind of hoping the on-site pour reservations are for only 15 minutes.

Ha, got mine for 5-8 tonight so for now it's a three hour window. For anyone wondering, the link for on site went up around 3pm today, not sure if that is standard...

I was there on Friday early afternoon and it was a similar vibe. Lots of people but very relaxed. I got pours of Vanilla Bean Tree of Truth (good, poured almost still, tasted more like a stout with a bit of a hit of rum raisin), and Rustle (REALLY good Oktoberfest beer.) It's a good system that they have right now.

Yes, for Sandwich. It was a fun place to hang out, although it was rainy when we were there. Still, the upstairs taproom has a nice view and they have room downstairs as well. Looks like they will be making coffee in the morning hours at some point also.

Wasn't the first run, but an early run that continues to live on in infamy.

Pretty sure I still have one in the deep recesses of my basement somewhere. Def gonna have to crack that one for science one day.

I thought you were serious until I read through it and most of the "infamy" came from Facebook groups. Doesn't everything live on "in infamy" on Facebook?

For comparisons sake, here's roughly the start of the Trillium thread when Never & Again was released: https://www.beeradvocate.com/community/threads/trillium-brewing-company-october-2016.453598/page-5
