i was going to say earlier that i have a feeling it’s part of BBT package but then thought “there is now way the batch is big enough”

 

it’s a good marriage. BBT is the pinnacle of their BA IS production and Tete is the pinnacle of their saison production (although i’d argue Oude Fermier any day of the week)

 

Man that is an expensive package. I want the beers, but damn.

Wow, pretty wonderful package. I want every beer there. Been waiting a minute for La Ruche to come back. Love that one.

La Ruche is probably my favorite of any beer I have tried. Fresh. Aged it becomes a bit sour for me.

Course, I've never tried tete, CdC, etc. But until last year, La Ruche was a shelfie that lasted awhile.

 

the last blend of La Ruche (#3) was incredible! my favorite yet. so good, i drank through all mine without keeping one to age.

 

You have good taste. All their beers are great. Regarding SP aged beers I must admit the most age I’ve had from SP is 5-6 years. This in contrast to lambic that I have had aged 10-30 years. I have the same experience with their older non-fruited vintages that they are more sour, but I figured it was Cory playing with yeast and honing his recipe. I am curious if there is something about the yeast that makes it more sour over time, since most other beer like non-fruited lambic tastes less sour (more mellow) over time.

 

By far the best package they’ve done

C’mon. I’m rarely surprised by the lengths people go for craft and the scene, but that would be some next level stupidity.
