No, I actually haven't been to FF since the last Witch Meadow. I've seen it and know I would like it. Did you have Votive batch 2? That stout was amazing (aged in Armagnac puncheons). Not sure what happened to batch 3 but hopefully it comes soon also

Thanks for the heads up. I missed the Instagram post yesterday. I'm very much looking forward to this release. Is it your understanding that it will be Triolet, the one you referenced in your article?

Either way, can't wait. Assuming Witch Meadow releases next week, hopefully I can pick up both at the same time.

 

I would assume so. I've been holding onto my bottle for a few months now. I'm very excited to dig into it this weekend.

 

I believe this has been asked and answered, but can’t find it. The FF FAQ page doesn’t mention either. Can I pick up someone else’s order at the same time as my own, if he directs such?

How many posts are we getting about Triolet in the What NE Beer are you Drinking thread this weekend? Anyone make their order?

 

thankfully they allow proxies! It'll be a few weeks before I get my bottles, but I'm very excited for this one.

 

Order placed, but not picking up until the following weekend in the hopes that I can get this year's Witch Meadow at the same time (assuming it releases next week). That said, I have a horrible habit of buying beer, especially beer I know can age, and letting it sit. Said differently, as excited as I was to get this beer, not sure when I'll actually try it!

 

Any decent bottle shops not too far from Salem? Looking to grab a six or two of Sea Hag if possible, probably coming down 395 or 95 from MA to Salem.

 

Not sure if this helps, but almost any shop that sells beer in CT will have Sea Hag

 

Cost Cutters and Pit Stop in Plainfield are both right off 395. Between them you'll be all set with anything.

Hag is absolutely everywhere. FWIW, the 10/7 canned date is particularly good.

Goddammit, right after I just picked up a big IPA and lager order on Saturday. I believe these lasted 2-3 weeks last year, so I'll just have to hope for time to take another trip!
