The Tesla tequila was supposed to be overpriced garbage tequila in a cool package. I’m sure this will be something similar and the Tesla fanboys who don’t know crap about good beer will overpay for this junk once again.

Homer killed him. Plus, isn't Tesla a pretty nice guy at heart?

I thought you enjoyed your time in Hill Country.

    Cheers!

P.S. I will be traveling to Texas (New Braunfels) in another week to visit family and have fun at Wurstfest. :beers:

    Cheers!

It had to be done. The thought of prospective waste to perfectly good water, hops, and barley was too much to bear.

It always seems that when folks discuss actors who portrayed James Bond that David Niven is rarely mentioned.

    Cheers!

Wow. Far out! I actually hope the brew they "manufacture" (little girl giggle there) is good. Like really good and that other craft brewers get in, help out and get a slice of that big ol' pie that Mr. Musk totes around. Who knows where it could all lead! Not knowing the full future plan here but if Elon is successful with this and can't get his new beer(s) to the places he wants fast enough perhaps with capital, he and a few like-minded others could somehow help to ease up the distribution log jam that's going on now. Positive thoughts!

I hope so too, but the last celebrity beer (Kelsey Grammer) that I went after was one of the foulest beers I have tried. Brewed near to me also, I really got sucked in by that local thing.

In fact, I have tried at least 6 beers that have traded off celebrity association, and none of them were any damned good. True, most of them were licensing deals, but still...

I've actually heard decent things about El Sedungo's Broken Skull IPA, though I know it's likely the exception rather than the rule.

Hill Country is great, loved it there. But Hill Country aint Texas, it's Hill Country, big difference. My opinion on the rest of Texas is one I will keep to myself but first post should be an indicator.

Man I would cut someone for some Granzin's dry sausages right now. Hit up Roughhouse north of San Marcos if you get a chance. Great beers, great people. Cheers.

I think Mr. Musk needs to figure out how to get lager to be a byproduct emission of his electric cars- sustainable and delicious.

Well, at least he is going to try to "manufacture" something worthwhile for a change.

I remember Billy Beer in the 1970s; it was brewed in my hometown of Louisville, KY by Falls City Brewing. Falls City beer was not good, and Billy Beer was even worse. Billy Carter was always embarrassing Jimmy who really didn't need the additional headache, given his Presidential performance.
