It's not our decision... It's state regulations that prohibit malt beverage shipments direct from the brewery across state lines... And it's your distributors choice on not bringing Northern Hemisphere into their house.

Thanks for the response. Our distributors suck, especially because I thought Northern Hemisphere sold just fine. Seemed to always be gone after a month or so.

Anyways, I hope it was clear that I was being facetious

Crazy, right? I can have wine shipped in no issues. I can get beer shipped in but sounds like some breweries are skirting the law. Why beer is illegal but wine is not I can figure it out.

Do you have any thoughts on why SN is much more $ in PA than other areas of the country? I can get a 12 pack for $14.99 including tax just 30 minutes away out of state but around the corners it’s $18.99 plus tax. I stopped buying any SN product due to PA prices unless I get to Delaware and buy some there.

    Enjoy.

You are 'lucky' here. At my local Beer Distributor it is $20.99 and then you add the sales tax.

Just like you (I think) I buy my Sierra Nevada beers in Delaware since they are markedly cheaper.

    Cheers!

    Jack,

Yes, I do make a drive to the TW each fall to grab a bunch of Celebration and see what else is there. I work around a 30 min drive away so it’s doable. $14.99 including tax a 12 pack has been the price for years. The price in PA has gone up yearly. I was able to buy the mix 12 pack at Target for $15.99 but the price changed to $18.99 and I stopped going. They used to sell Daisy Cutter for $16.99 and then stopped carrying it.

Anyway, I look forward to my drive once this beer arrives in DE. I have a $5 coupon that expires in early November and I hope to get there before that.

I have been able to get SN Torpedo for $15 a 12 this summer in PA as well as the Pale and they did sell out Celebration at that price last winter. The sale prices are great but the rest is not any less than other places.

    Enjoy

Are the Pimps of Joytime doing a jingle for it?
