My brother in law gave me 4 bottles he got from some Boening Brother rep so I have no idea which store it’s from. I haven’t seen it in the wild myself. My guy at Babylon Bev said he’s getting Celebration on Wednesday though.

Their beer finder did not have this anywhere near me but a local shop has it and I randomly passed it tonight in a store, $14.99 there with the same bottling date. I thought about it but passed for now, as even though I haven't had this beer in years I recall liking it but not really loving it. But sounds like this year's is pretty good? And is it really that much different than Celebration?

I remember the days of being able to pick this up in a big bottle for pretty cheap. Those were the days...

Yes very. And I plan to find out. I’ve always felt the same way in how similar it is to celebration. A blind side by side should sort out question #2.

Funny you must have been typing as I was posting that picture.

Were they? For some reason I was thinking that they were 32 oz but come to think of it you may be right.

For awhile the only Southern Hemp I saw was in bombers. Not gonna lie though, I love these bottles. As a guy who likes different styles, different ipas, this is a great change of pace, because I’m certainly guilty of liking the occassional hazy.

Yeah, bigger than the traditional "Bomber" --- by 2 ounces. Sierra Nevada's "big" bottles were 24 ounces (1 PT. 8 OZ in TTB approved terminology). The only brewery that used the size that I can think of. I think it meant a 10¢ deposit rather than 5¢ in some mandatory deposit states.

Total Wine in Westbury had it last week and some still there yesterday.

Total Wine Natick says they have it in stock, per their website - aisle 12

Of course I stocked up on TH and Alchemist IPAs the past couple weeks... poor timing on my part. Gotta drink those down pronto.

Celebration always hits on a week where I’m already thinking “Ugh, I have way too much beer”. Doesn’t stop me from buying it, but I never plan well for this.

I'm starting to wonder how Accurate the locator is. I searched specifically for Celebration in a few spots in the Northeast, and it's not showing up. Currently it's reporting that Natick Total Wine has 11 of SN's offerings, not one is Celebration...hmmmm.....

Yeah, the locator isn’t working great. Fort Point has N. Hemisphere listed on the site but when you search for the beer, it doesn’t show them as having it. They also have Celebration that’s not showing up.

I know this, because I bought both of them there. And the Celebration is tasting great, super piney!

Atlas in Medford said Celebration is available for them to order starting Thursday, but that they want to get through their remaining SN Octoberfest first before they “get stuck with a bunch of IPA”. I found that interesting…and now I’ll be shopping for beer at Ball Sq Fine Wines and Spirits even more.

Love Ball Square, my favorite store in the area.

Their site says they have Northern Hemisphere but not Celebration yet. Of course, it could still be at the store. I plan on swinging by this weekend to see if they have it.

I haven't seen Redstone tweet that they have it yet, usually after Redstone has something Ball Square has it shortly after.
