Sorry, given was the wrong word. By given I meant they had the ability. Then they had the ability to purchase a package. Given was short for “given the option” or “given the option to purchase”.

Gotcha… It’s all good. Just didn’t want anyone to think they received the bottle without having to purchase as part of the membership.

Wow this is great for LC members! BBT also sounds awesome - probably my favorite beer which has made this a much more costly hobby being non-local.

And the option to try to buy one in the public sale too. So up to 3, though the 3rd one isn’t guaranteed obviously.

    2 things:

    1. Are you really a true local Side Project fan if you don't solo a bottle of BBT onsite?

    2. Why is it that every time I have a new BBT it is the best BBT I have ever had? Then a couple weeks goes by and I realize I liked another vintage better. Not sure if this happens to others.

@nchan50 there is a house down the street from me for sale. You will be 1-mile away from Side Project & we can carpool to the cellar every other week.

    So two things:

    1. Yes I looked it up
    2. If I went this route then my wife would not be my wife anymore so I'd need a place to stay.

    Am I actually rationalizing this?

Most important thing to realize if you make this decision is that you won’t want to carpool, because you’ll need to walk to and from just to try to burn off a few of those 1,000 calorie domes. You and @Affinity can still be friends, though.

There's no nutrition label so it's calorie-free. But still happy to be friends with Affinity!

i’ll wager it’s more than 1,000 calories. CV has to be at least 2,600

Saw that Shared Parfait Blend #1 and #2 were posted on IG as being available on-site at the cellar. Anyone know the cost per can? I don't see it listed on their beer menu online.

    at least $20 per.

funny how they posted those to instagram but Planters House draft and Tete v18 bottles (which blow both the parfaits out of the water) go unannounced.

The Planter's House draft seemed interesting. How much gin influence do you think is on it compared to the Gin-Barrel SdF?

more than Gin SdF from what i recall. i like gin SdF but didn’t find it to be overpoweringly gin forward. more balanced but Planters House was incredible.
