Well then....
Hit Treehouse today. Always love Mondays there are no overwhelming crowds, and what a beauty of a day to ride up and enjoy the scenery.
Picked up a couple new cool glasses as well.
My first time having Evil Julius.
Pouring a turbid pumpkin color !!! Really! With a beige head that is creamy amd long lasting with plenty of lacing. Aroma is big citrus and some tropical fruits; Tangerine, mango, pineapple. Melon and peach/apricot.
The huge juicy taste follows with lots of that sweet citrus, peach, melon. Full bodied and creamy mouthfeel that has a very pleasant bitterness. 9.2%? Another amped up juice bomb that just sings hops. Damn they are the epitome of juice hop brewers.
Juice Machine level here.

Bierkeller Urhell, another Czech influenced lager

Great depth of flavors for a relatively low ABV in this beer.

I bought tickets to see Sierra Ferrell at the Neighborhood Theater in Charlotte in December for $12.50, which I consider to be an outstanding value.

 

Now I drinking an Ayinger Oktober Frst-marzen and mulling over eggplant. Cheers!
