They’ve always allowed proxies since they moved from lines to online. I picked up packages for people last year in addition to my own.

I will also say that while the Tock experience was a nightmare, HA has since done a few other limited releases on Universe (Double Catch Hell, Obsidian Throne) that worked fine. Best of luck to everyone tomorrow!

 

You know what though? I'd much rather sacrifice my potential allotment to give myself a better chance of even getting anything than want to max out on multiple cans with a lesser chance overall. Especially considering the chance that this beer will go to some twat who will want to flip it for all they can get.

Is anyone super familiar with Universe? I apparently already had an account (didn’t know that), so I reset the password, logged in, and I can’t find a way to add billing. When I go to billing it is almost like it has it set up for a business or something. I tried to go down that rabbit hole and it acts like I want to sell tickets.

Any help before tomorrow morning is appreciated.

 

I always add my payment details at time of purchase. But looking around it seems you can use this link possibly https://www.universe.com/dashboard/tickets. Good luck.

Where can I update my payment information?

You can edit your credit card information from your Universe account's 'My Tickets' section by clicking 'view payment plan'.

Then, click 'update details' in the bottom right corner. You can pay instalments early on this screen as well.

Now I know why I am having so much trouble. This is Ticketmaster. Fuck Ticketmaster.

 

I downloaded the app, I used the mobile website, I used the desktop website, and I clicked the link provided by the generous @Jaycase above, and I can't seem to find a way to add/save credit card info. Hope someone else is more successful. Hope Apple pay works tomorrow and my phone is faster than my desktop.

Yea, came to figure that out after I got to my tickets section. Boy, sure were a lot of “tickets” for events I “attended” that I never participated in.

 

Same, I don't see the "View Payment Plan" option at all.

I had both my laptop and cell phone going. I got through at 10:02 on laptop, phone is still going. My order didn't process until 10:04. I got the ticket from the confirmation, but no e-mail confirmation.

For the record, I am letting my phone spin just to see how long it takes, but I am not trying to get a second allocation.
