On the couch now with my laptop having a pour of Magnify's Vine Shine.

Magnify makes TONS of hazy IPAs but for me personally this one remains one of my favorite non hazy IPAs they make. Pine, resin and grapefruit.

Happy Thursday everyone. Bust work day today and tomorrow, and Julia flies in tomorrow. I will move her down in a few weeks maximum. Did all the laundry today and went grocery shopping for another few weeks. I should really shop more often than I do because every time I go it's a few hundred lol. Plus I can shop for specific tastes I have, I did stock up more spices. Anyways, still have to do the dishes, but they aren't too bad. Will definitely play Forza Horizon 5 or Red Dead tonight. Returned all my Spectrum equipment to the UPS store since I am set on having the Verizon. I am really living the dream life right now. Just need Julia down here and it will be perfect.

Got Elizabeth's Pizza which is right outside the Food Lion. Unfortunately the garlic oil in the knots leaked all over the bag, but they were still amazing. I might save the leftover garlic for a roast or something.




Bonus cats. It's been a year since I adopted them from my parents. Best dudes ever. I was in no mental state to be caring for anything prior to 2020 tbh.


Still tasting delicious. Still drinking down oldish leftovers, but I will get to have fresh beer eventually.

Starting things off with a great brew I haven't had in years...Our liquor stores stopped carrying them , i found these in Wyoming.

Awesome beer! I have only, I think, seen it in 12 ounce six pack cans.

 

First beer from my Rochester Mills holiday stout box. Always wanted to try one of these as it’s so rare to find a variety box with no repeats. Luckily I found some while out of town.

Went for the Oatmeal Raisin variety. Definitely oatmeal raisin cookie on the nose. Cinnamon & brown sugar. Flavor follows suit. Little bit of roast in the finish. Overall pretty enjoyable. I’d like a little more viscosity but it feels about right for a 5.5% beer. Cheers!
