No worries. I happily drank them all. In your defense it was really loud and Hoppy can easily be misheard for Holiday. Also I got to knock a few more beers off the list.

    Cheers!

Which Bells beers are still on tap? I plan to come down with a few friends to check it out.

Suggestion: Surly and Stone Brewing if you already don't have these in the pipeline.

All the Bells beers are on tap at New Bohemia still, great establishment! I will definitely be coming back, the music level must have been turned down since your post. Bells BA Batch 9000 is my new best friend!

If the ba 9000 is still on, I might have to stop by for lunch

Surly Damien...terrible, right? Or let me clarify...overhyped for the style? No, Mountain Standard or Sublimely...

?? It's an American Black Ale, that's a weak India Black Ale or whatever everone calls it. It's mediocre at best.

Most of Surly's beers don't fall under a proper ba category.

Its from the 2nd runnings of darkness and dry hopped. Completely different from Mountain Standard and Sublimely Self Righteous. The only reason it's listed as a black ale is because that is the closest style it could be on BA.

Yup, I understand it's origins. I just didn't get it / or like it. To each their own...no biggie. I took down a divine Abrasive again last night...any "misses" are surly (<--see what I did there?) made up with that monster! Love Abrasive...

It's fine you don't like it, more for everyone else that likes it and gets it.
