So sad this one had to end. But I guess if it did have to end Iadler did it with a bang! Tonight it was Curmudgeon's Better Half. A beer that is a huge want always and one of the best beers I've ever had. This was such a blast thanks again Isaac!!!

Earlier this evening I opened my last bottle and it is.... RR Framboise for a Cure 2012!! Freaking awesome and a great beer to end this box! This has been a big want of mine for quite a while and have not been able to land one after multiple ISOs, until now! Thanks Huadog for the bottle and for the great box in general! I'll post the full haul tomororw.

Thanks for everyone who participated. I had a ton of fun putting my box together as well as opening a bottle each night! I hope everyone had fun too and it was great seeing everyone participating daily and sending really generous boxes. I plan on doing this next year and might consider doing another BIF in the summer!

    Cheers and l'chaim!
    Isaac

I'm very sad to see this end too. Opening these bottles the way we did gave me something to look forward to. Thanks for putting this together Isaac, and thanks rjm217 for shipping me some awesome beers.

The 8th night delivered. I've been looking for one of these for a while. I cant wait to try it. I have some non BA Batch 9000's and have really enjoyed them. This can only be better.....right?

    Bourbon Barrel Aged, Batch 9000

Photos aren't working for some reason. I will add it tomorrow.

Glad you liked the box, that Bligh's is a 2011, I was gonna put a mini-vertical in with a 2012, but it wasn't released in time. Enjoy! Thanks to iadler for running this and my own awesome haul from mdaschaf. Pics still to come when I get a few minutes back home!

I hope you enjoy that bottle. The barrel aging did wonders for it. One of my all time favorite beers.

I'll post all mine up later tonight.

Thanks again to everyone for participating. It sure went smooth, especially being the first BIF I've hosted. Everything seemed to really put a good deal of effort and thought into their boxes, which made it a successful BIF. Lots of generosity all around.

I'll def. be doing another BIF next Hanukkah and might do something similar during the summer revolving around "gifts." You guys have first dibs in the next BIF...if you are interested.

    Cheers!
