I really dig what Imprint is doing and enjoy their beers. In fact we're going there this Friday to get more cans. (Again.)

 

Broke even at Mr. Wu's in Deadwood. Free beers made it a win.
We were here last month and brought some money home with us.

This'll finish up the 12 days of ipa variety pack ... Stone Tangerine Express.
Of the 12 beers included I'd say 5 or 6 of them were barely distinguishable from one another and 4 of the 12 were new to me beers. Sublimely Self-Righteous and Green Tea were clearly the best brews with honorable mention going to Grapefruit Slam. Cheers !

I wish the best for young families (@BigIronH lookin at you) , and our wisdom filled elders here, and every one younger and in between (like me)
I have 2 high achieving daughters and 1 near do well 15 year old son who has discovered sex, drugs , and rock n roll. So, if you’re anywhere my age with teenagers, good luck navigating these shitty teen years, and envy our great friends like coach @mickyge and @vabeerguy ,, …. Almost forgot @Thankin_Hank lol my models in life !

Trying this one - Harpoon Retro Rye IPA - not bad. Before I consumed my Celebration earlier, I took a spin down to the market and grabbed two 12 packs of Celebration - there was only 3 left.



Spaghetti squash with some Edwards Smokehouse sausage (damn tasty stuff). Was actually a pretty satisfying meal.

 

Free Skate by Resident Culture in Charlotte. I like it's peppery kick alongside the citrus and pine flavors.

Toppling Goliath S'mores Imperial Pastry Stout, 10% ABV. Pours black with a middle-finger of medium-brown head, left no lacing. Nose is strong chocolate, marshmallow, and graham. Taste follows, plus roast malt, quite sweet, slightly bitter. Decent mouthfeel, a bit light on carbonation. Overall excellent to near outstanding. One of the better S'mores stouts I've had.

One reviewer complained that it was too sweet. Heads up that Pastry generally means extremely sweet. If you buy a pastry stout then you shouldn't score it low for being too sweet.
