    Just finished up a Founders Curmudgeon Old Ale. About to give Backwoods Bastard another chance, but unless it changes my mind, I much prefere the Curmudgeon Old Ale.

    All my boxes so far that I've sent off have been full of 'meat marinades'. Hey, its not a lie, beer makes a great marinade.

    I have a four pack of backwoods destined for a friend. I'm not a big fan of bourbon barrel aged, but my friend is. I haven't had the chance to try it, but you are making me feel better about giving it away, rather than hoarding it :slight_smile:

    Glad I gave Backwoods Bastard another chance. It's a bit sweeter than my ideal, however, it is a great beer. I think that the fact that I didn't truly appreciate it last time was due to a combination of innebriation and drinking it too warm. Anyway, I'm a light weight, so this is the last one for me. Good night everyone!
