Forgot to mention take-home beer only. I spend 4-500/yr on golf so 750+ on beer in the house.

I'd say 1500ish on bottles. Probably another 600ish in bars. It would be a lot more but I live I WV, and have literally bought and tried just about every different beer available in the state.

since my wife is not on BA, I can tell the truth... probably around $2000 including homebrew supplies. Did I mention I really like bourbon too?

My wife buys clothes, I buy beer and wear old clothes. The bills are paid. The fridge(food) is full (beer fridge as well). Why ask?

Less this year than last. Past years I loaded up whatever the price. Now I'm much more thoughtful. When I can get two Abyss for the price of one MoaS, well, I'm buying fewer 25-30$ bottles - but I still break down & pull the trigger once in a while.

Just shy of $2000, but I can see that increasing as I get to know more about beer (limited releases and sours). :grinning:

No wonder why the Loch Ness monster was always hitting up Chef's parents for money: he/she is a craft beer enthusiast!

The scary thing is, if I were remotely close to Shorts, HF, or NG, I'd REALLY burn through some money.

I've spent a lot. Looking to continue cleaning out the cellar and letting that help in lower the average for next year.

As your accountant, I advise you to move closer to Shorts, HF, or NG.

I replaced tobacco with beer..... so I don't care, as long as I don't smoke anymore.
