Bruce Springsteen-- He's a billionaire. This is a good Seger song .

    You are correct, so maybe not as big a threat as I thought since most of the meat around it was nice and brown. Oopsie!

    Julia made this meatloaf and it was cooked indeed through, she said it was 155. I always use a thermometer for everything, I had to remind her after she cut the loaf to check color lol.

    I could go on for hours about what is or is not considered healthy, but yes for the most part home cooked meals from fresh ingredients are the best way to go. Salt is the flavor instead of the preservative etc, but I still love me some nitrates please :rofl:

    I also like higher fat diets to keep my happy. I tried basically every diet there was in college lol. Truthfully it's better to just keep a good balance of everything once in a while.
