    I know a couple CA breweries ship to several states (mostly just NV) so I figure it's just something they don't think is worth the hassle

    We are currently only licensed to sell in California. We could go through the paperwork by State, but currently, shipping is not that big a part of our business (mostly Citra). I am also skeptical of overnight shipping outside of California.

    Food for thought though...

    Anecdote, I ordered some Illinois beer from a store in New York. Zombie Dust. Half Time sent me the GLS track that said "shipped via refrigerated carrier." 7 days later the beer showed up cold. I was pretty impressed. They say they are 100% legal but I am not an ABC employee and cannot confirm nor deny. Three Floyds certainly does not distribute here. Hopefully laws will continue to relax and provide businesses more opportunity to sell their product.

    I believe GMAIPA is trying to say will this batch of Citra cans make distro to the usual places? Specifically down in the OC/LA area? I will be placing an order for a case to split with a Buddy. Anything else scheduled to be released around the same time? Say Dirty Hippie, Shuttle Bunny, Long Swim, etc?

    Thanks for clarifying @dcgunman . You you mentioned above “Yes, our March batch will be on sale for pick-up or shipping (CA only)”. I was sure if that shipping is only to the direct consumer or distribution as well.

    Got it. We will be shipping direct to customers on the first batch and then sending two subsequent batches into distro through our normal distribution partners. As always, I recommend the shipping since it goes out the day after we can it. Distro often takes some time in transit to its final resting place.

    No other special can releases with this one. We will be in the middle of World Beer Cup batches, so that makes it a little difficult. The good news is there will be a bunch of stuff available at the pub.

    Nice to hear from the source himself. Thanks for keeping tabs here on BA and answering our questions and concerns. Good or bad it’s always nice to hear. Class act and world class brewery.

    @KRBCEric when KRBC shipped Citra to my doorstep during peak COVID lockdowns.. I think it was 2020...... made life good again. Seriously. Will never forget how stoked I was when life sucked otherwise.

    Damn, when I looked on Sunday they had 4 packs available, but now it's only cases. I'm guessing it was a mistake because usually they start out with just the cases and if it doesn't sell out they open it up to 4 packs. Pretty confident the 4 pack option will be back, but now I wish I'd just pulled the trigger.

    They should have the 4pk option shortly before the canning date. Unless they sell out of the cases. I believe the last batch (Nov21) they sold a lot of cases. Maybe the most in a very long time? I didn’t order online. I drove to Kernville for the weekend. Had a great time at the Citra release. Ordered online this time. And I usually wait for the 4pks to go on sale. But splitting a case with a bud. In the meantime I’m waiting for the ddh pliny & blind pig to show up on my doorstep early in a couple of days or so. It’s going to be a great March.

    Selfishly being in Las Vegas, would love to be able to ship Kern River beers directly. Geographically closer than other parts of CA although understand the hoops to jump through are costly and the demand may not offset.

    Sorry for the late response on this... We will open up less than canse sales on Friday of this week, after we get all of the case orders shipped out. They will ship next Tuesday for a Wednesday delivery.

    I guess I read this wrong. Those who ordered a case will ship out today. Those who ordered 4pk+ will ship out next week on Tuesday. Looks like a Citra weekend!
