Tough question as I like a lot of different ones but if forced to choose....

Revolution Anti Hero and any of the variants found in the mixed pack League of Heroes.

If "GO TO" means BANG FOR THE BUCK.....then my choice is REDHOOK Brewery's BIG BALLARD IMPERIAL IPA.
The 19 oz can costs about $2

It used to be a Two Hearted Ale but I no longer have one. I just rotate through old favorites as well as interspersing some new ones in. I just grab whatever is fresh and looks good.

That is such a tough question right now. So many options and stuff i keep around for a while but recently, it has been Fiddlehead IPA , 6.2 % ABV and so damned balanced. Sierra Nevada
varieties also Hazy little thing, Torpedo always. Stuff I can buy every time I go to the Package store on the regular I will gravitate too,,,,and price 20 25 dollar 4 packs of the primo shit I truly don't want to afford and cannot afford

It's whatever seasonal IPA that Pizza Port has. I don't care for the regular ones like Swami's, but the endless series of more interestingly hopped brews is always rewarding. See Barons Market or the PP locations in southern Calif.; elsewhere, I usually have to do without and take my chances with the roulette wheel of Matchless, Reuben's, or Double Mountain.

These days, anything clear, generally go West Coast.

I barely drink at home though, so more my wife's area, I pick her up Farm Island ($8 a six pack of cans) from Trader Joe's these days, used to be Kennebunkport IPA for $6 a 6 pack of bottles. Both of us happy to be stuck with All Day IPA though.

If I had a go to, it would be Light Hearted Ale as that is basically the only IPA I buy with any frequency whatsoever. However, it’s hardly a go to in the traditional sense because I don’t keep it on hand all of the time. I’m still regularly trying too many new beers to have a true “go to”. Cheers.

Fiddlehead IPA now that is available here for 18.99 a twelve pack is tough to beat. Always seems to be within 2-3 weeks of canning too.
Wormtown Be Hoppy is another solid, always available, decently priced option as well.

    St Arnold Elissa IPA
A traditional India Pale Ale, the Elissa IPA is very hoppy with a properly balanced malty body. Elissa has huge hop additions in the kettle that give it a wonderful bitterness and is then dry-hopped in the fermenter to create the pleasant floral, hoppy nose. Our reverse osmosis water makes the bitter very soft with no harsh notes to it. The maltiness is derived from British Maris Otter malt. Its rich flavor stands up to the hops that would otherwise dominate this beer. The Elissa is an authentic version of an India Pale Ale (IPA) style

The first package I usually check at the liquor store is Two Hearted. If it's fresh, I don't need to look any further.

If the Two Hearted is old, next I look at Lawson's Little Sip. This beer is usually available fresh but I've noticed it falls off a lot after two months, and sometimes, the cans for sale are older than that.

If both the Two Hearted and Little Sip are old, then I buy Wormtown's Be Hoppy, which is almost always fresh.

I don't buy DIPAs that often, but my go-to in that style is Sip of Sunshine.

The above doesn't apply in November and December, when Celebration is pretty much the only IPA I buy.

I'm not the best one to comment on this category as I am not a big fan of hoppy beers. I do like Samuel Smith's India Pale Ale and most other brews they make

Absolutely loved Swami when I visited Newport Beach a few years ago! Very tasty and well priced indeed (As are most Port beers.) Would love to buy this more often if it were distributed in my footprint in CO.
