Hey everyone, looking to book a tasting window at Fox Farm soon in their outdoor space. They aren’t responding to social media messages nor picking up the phone - anyone know if they have space heaters? Thanks!
I don't think they have outdoor space heaters. If this is a Covid concern, what I can say is that about 6 weeks ago I was there on a Saturday picking up beer in the drive through and the tasting room was noticeably empty. All staff wear masks and there is an upstairs that is not often used by taproom clientele. BTW, in the summer, the outdoor is really active there. And they only have limited outdoor seating. Most people sit on the lawn.
It is a Covid-related concern, as I'll be going with a couple people in their 70s. Thank you for the info, regardless!
I dont recall ever seeing space heaters in the outdoor seating areas. Its pretty cold these next few days. The inside does have an upstairs that is fairly quiet and staff have always been masked when I have visited. When are you coming through to FF? Also @MKozaka is super knowledgeable about the brewery and can confirm outdoor heaters.
I’ve actually flaked on FF over the past few months (maybe three trips since Nov) but agree with you @sulldaddy and woodchipper that heaters are most likely not available.
Concur - haven’t seen space heaters in use. Was there about a month ago. Inside is by reservation and they do a pretty good job of spacing things out in the taproom, if you’re worried about being too close to others.
Yeah, unfortunately outdoor is a non-negotiable with the guests. We’ll be prepared to be cold. Thanks!
Was there in December between the holidays and definitely no space heaters. Happened to be “warm” that day but we were happy with our inside reservation.
