    Always a good indication!

If you’re ever in Rochester, NY, this place just might be up your alley. https://www.beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/61790/ Heroes Brewing Co. Their tap list has a few interesting stories. https://www.heroesbrewco.com/charities-partners Every beer supports or honors others in the community.

    THE HERO MISSION
While we take the upmost pride in our quality of craft beer, it’s not everything at Heroes Brewing Co. We aim for more–to make an impact in our community. Each of our beers is dedicated to a local hero, non-profit, or other charitable cause. Below are just a few heroes we’ve worked with so far, and we’ve only just begun.”

Along the same lines, a brewery in Kalamazoo, Presidential Brewing, supports veterans by giving them a way to have a 'free' beer. Just inside the entrance is a rack that contains tags that a vet can grab when arriving and present it to the bartender or server for a 'free' beer that is complimentary of other patrons who have 'paid it forward' when they visited the brewery.

Another great idea. I have seen this a few times, in different forms, although it has always been for specific patrons.

The idea of “pay/beer it forward” to veterans, first responders, other deserving groups, turns the idea into recognition and gratuity, rather than just buying a beer for a friend
